06/22/2005: "We say "guh-dirrrr", but that's not exactly what we mean..."

Well now...this is rather surreal... I'm making this post using a laptop loaded with DSL. DSL is "Damn Small Linux" I find it really funny, cause it's slower then my other laptop, but because it's linux is actually running faster and quite possibily better then my Windows laptop. I say possibily, because I can't really tell because I still don't know what hte fuck I'm doing. I'm kinda close, because I have a media player playing my CD (it's called xMMs. I'm not sure what that stands for, but it's close enough to being exactly like Winamp that I don't really care enought at this point to find out.), I have gAIM going (which is a very AIM like thing, which I'm going to go ahead and say is better for many reasons, one being that it can interface with other chatting programs like ICQ, IRC, MSN, YAHOO, and some crap called Wagu Wagu. I'm using the SN rukomu san if you want to talk to me over here, which I'd perfer for the moment), and I can obviously reach my blog to post. So far, we're 3 for 3.

Ok, my dad just gave me a crash course on this whole Linux spheil, and now I kinda curse cause even tho he helped, he gave me access to an addicting game which I'm playing instead of finishing this and sleeping. I still have more to learn about this stuff, but I think I'm starting to really get this now. Wish me luck. I'm gonna finish this game, then get up later to take my Chem test. I'm not worried about it, caus eit's a late test, and Chem is not too hard since I figured them out.

I got neko back =^.^= plus all the keys on this keyboard still work. Maybe Linux isn't all that bad afterall...Still use Photoshop over the GIMP tho...
