05/07/2005: "I used to be a mech soldier, but I didn't respect orders..."

17! I got 17 pages storyborded of my side-story comic "Tatered Sanity". That's...uhh... a tempoary title, I assure you. The whole thing came out of this dream I had once. Very vivid. I wanted to work with it for a long time, but it was a few years ago that I had the dream, and I forgot. I couldn't make it come out the way I wanted, so I "put it aside". It was that homework assginment from the other night with relating a vivid dream that I had, and it brought this to mind. So I dug out the mini tape I recorded my dream on (yeah, I did that for a while, but as it turns out, my dreams are really messed up a lot of times), and it was a little different then I remembered. Still, 17 pages in and I'm getting good visions all in. Now I just need to start drawing the actual pages.

Yeah, so then when I came up to take a shower, I ended up standing for an hour and a half listening to my dad make a point about how nobody gives a crap anymore and how much a shame that is. I like listening to my dad, and I think he's got some good points sometimes, but he was delaying my shower. For an hour and twenty minutes. At least now I get to sleep. And then get up iin the morning. Eh. I'mma...ramma famma...ding dong damma...yah...
