03/22/2005: "He knew there was a hole in the cup, didn't he?"

Woah...you know that movie SAW? THAT WAS FUCKING NUTS. It wasn't as gory as I thought it was gonna be (it was still really damn gory tho), cause after like 20 minutes of gore it's two guys screaming at each other for an hour, interspersed with flashbacks which are different cuts of the same few scenes, and then 15 minutes of action and final wrapup. Still kicks ass tho. Of course, the part that I really admire is that the entire thing was filmed in 18 DAYS. That, and the whole idea behind it was that they were on a really low budget, so they said "Well, how about two guys in 1 room for the entire thing?" AND IT FUCKING WORKED. And if you look at the writer/director team, they even look like a coulple of college kids who are working out of a basement somewhere. Except, of course, LGF gave them enough money to make something SO FUCKING GOOD.

FUCK, man. I gotta start doing shit. I DO. I CAN DO THIS!!!


...Still might need a cameraman tho...
