02/22/2005: "At Brooklyn College, we learn not to piss on our hands."

Once, a girl posed me with this situation: You're running down a road. On the left side of the road is smooth pavement, and on the right is rough assphault. Now, you're going to fall...and hit hard...which side would you rather be running on?

I said the assphalut.

She had to leave the room.

Yes, I would rather take the painful fall. I don't know real pain. Whatever I know is nothing compared to what others know. If they can live that way, then I can hit assphault and get up and keep going without saying a word. And while I'm there, I can help the others who didn't have a choice which side to run on. I'm young and healthy, I can take it. I'm not really a masochist, I'm just building up my rights to complain.

And that's my little philosophical thing I've been meaning to write for a few days now. So...I like my jacket. It works well.

Did I ever tell you I can knee myself in the head? Don't ask how I learned that, I don't really know. But I still can't get foot head, and that pisses me off.
